It's So LUSH

Thursday, December 3, 2015

So I visited Edinburgh a couple of weekends ago and of course I had to take a trip into Lush. I had to stock up on some of my favourites and also buy some new goodies. As you can imagine Lush was so busy and you could barely move which was probably for the best s I could of spent a lot more than I did (And I spent alot!). I bought some Lush products for one of my very good friends and the rest I treated myself too! Although before I go into what I purchased I'm sad they didn't bring back the Melted Snowman from last year, I loved that particular product!

So obviously the first product I picked up was The Comforter by definite favourite amongst the vast amount of Lush products. It smells kinda like berries and it makes you bath pink, what more do you want? I always have to buy another one whenever I visit Lush just so I never run out of it!

I picked up some other bath bomb/bubble bars that I showed in this Lush Haul. The Experimenter found it's way into my basket as obviously the colours attract you to it instantly and it has a hint of vanilla to it which is obviously a winner! Although once the bath bomb fizzes away and the rainbow of colours disappear, a murky green colour is left but the slight shimmer can be seen which makes up for the murky green. The Rose Jam is definitely a favourite of mine. I've only ever purchased this one before but it smells so sweet and calming and leaves your skin feeling SO smooth have using it.

Funnily enough I bought Holly Golightly as it's my favourite Christmas Lush product (after the Melting Snowman obv) and I still have some from last year! There's just something about this bubble bar that when you smell it, it literally smells like Christmas, maybe it's something to do with the cinnamon that is included in it. I love using this when I've had a late night at work, I'm aching all over and I use this and feel instantly relaxed and also Christmassy.

Next up I picked up The Comforter in shower gel form as I just literally couldn't resist. The Comforter is in fricking shower gel form. That smell... I just can't describe how much I love it. I'm pretty sure all Lush lovers LOVE The Comforter. AM I RIGHT??? I also decided to finally pick up the Oatfix face mask. I've never used this before and I'm interested in seeing if it works. When I visited Lush a couple of months ago, I was interested in which face masks I could use with having troubling skin, it's so hard to find face products that won't irritate my skin. I had a patch test of this on my hand and I didn't react, but just to be on the safe side, which I do use this face mask for the first time I'll also be doing a patch test on my face. I'm excited to use it as it's supposedly very good for dry skin, I'm sure there will be a blog post on it sometime in the future.

Well, that's another Lush Haul post done for a couple of months. I hope you enjoyed reading what I bought in my latest shop to Lush. Leave some comments below on which products are your favourite!
